·         An adult or a child with symptoms of anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma or another mental health condition, who would like supportive, goal oriented, cognitive therapy, “guided imagery”, or combination of different therapeutic techniques to help to reduce symptoms;

·         An adult, who seeks counseling or coaching to help with obesity, eating disorders, to work on better eating habits; also, to reduce stress, to deal with anger, to achieve better understanding of him/herself, and to have a non-judgmental confidant he/she can share with;

·         A family in distress, who would like family therapy to help resolving their issues;

·         An adolescent or his/her parents who would like to see a therapist regarding their difficulties – emotional, social-relational, adjustments, etc.;

·         A couple who is working on improvements in their relationship or deciding on breaking up.
